3. Reporting Unauthorised Use by a Minor
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor has used the Services or made purchases without your consent, please contact us immediately at cs@breakline-official.com with:
the account username or user ID;
details of the unauthorised activity or purchases (including transaction IDs and dates);
your relationship to the account holder;
any supporting evidence.
We will investigate each report promptly and may:
suspend or restrict the account pending investigation;
issue refunds for unauthorised purchases in accordance with our Refund Policy;
require verification of parental/guardian status before taking any action.
4. Discovery of Underage Users (Under 13)
If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and does not have verified parental consent, we will take the following actions:
Immediate suspension of the account pending verification;
Notification to the registered email address (if available) requesting parental/guardian contact;
If no response is received within a reasonable period (e.g., 30 days), permanent termination of the account; and
Deletion of all personal information associated with the account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts where we have reasonable suspicion that the user's declared age is false or misleading.
5. Discovery of Underage Users (Under 18 Without Parental Consent)
If we become aware that a user is under 18 and does not have parental/guardian consent to use the Services, we will:
notify the user via the registered contact method that parental consent is required;
temporarily restrict access to certain features (including paid features) until consent is verified; and
if consent is not provided within a reasonable period, suspend or terminate the account.
6. Account Restrictions and Refund Review for Minor-Related Issues
Where an account is identified as belonging to a minor or being used by a minor without proper consent:
all in-game purchase functionality may be temporarily disabled pending investigation;
pending refund requests will be prioritised for review;
refund decisions will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws;
we may require verification of identity or age before reinstating account access.
7. Data Deletion for Underage Users
Where we determine that an account belongs to a user under 13, or that a user under 18 lacks valid parental consent, and the account is terminated, we will:

provide confirmation of deletion to the user or parent/guardian upon request;
